This is an explorative collection of skulls I made in Fall 2023. The collection, named “El Peso del Mundo” or, “The Weight of the World” contains a cautionary message to humanity as a whole:
The weight of emotion 👁, power ⚡️, and consumption 🔥 will be the presiding factors in our precarious future - perhaps even our downfall. 💀
I used bright colors and sgraffito to soften the morbid overtones, as humans often do.
